2. Supply labour and tools to dismantle existing bathroom accessories and sanitaries.
3. Supply labour and materials to lay waterproof membrance c/w 300mm upturn.
4. Supply labour and materials to lay 300mm x 300mm homogenous non-slip floor tiles (Tile cost up to $2.50 psf).
5. Supply labour and materials to lay 300mm x 600mm ceramic wall tiles (Tile cost up to $2.50 psf).
6. Supply labour and materials to run stainless steel/copper water piping (COLD).
7. Supply labour to install :
   • W.C bowl
   • Basin and tap
   • shower set
   • 1 set of 7pcs accessories
   • Jet spray
   • instant heater and 2-way tap
8. Supply and replace 1no. aluminium bi-fold door c/w acrylic panels.

5. Supply labour and materials to lay 600mm x 300mm ceramic wall tiles (tile cost up to $2.50 psf).
6. Supply labour and materials to construct 50mm kitchen cabinet base finished with side tiles (Up to L20ft).
7. Supply labour and materials to construct 50mm fridge base finished with tiles.
8. Supply labour and materials to construct 50mm washing machine base finished with tiles.
9. Design, fabricate and install 20ft top and bottom kitchen cabinet finished with selected laminates (1 colour) (< $50) inclusive :
   • double layer stainless steel dish rack
   • 1no frosted glass panel with aluminium frame

10. Supply labour and materials to install L10ft solid surface kitchen top.
11. Supply labour to install kitchen hob and hood.
12. Supply and run stainless steel/copper ‘COLD’ water piping for kitchen c/w kitchen sink tap inlet and washing machine inlet.
13. Supply labour to install kitchen sink and sink tap.
14. Supply labour and materials to connect kitchen sink inlet/outlet.

LIVING, DINING AND BEDROOM PASSAGEWAY

1. Supply labour and tools to hack off all existing floor tiles and skirting.
2. Supply labour and materials to lay 600mm x 600mm polished porcelain floor tiles c/w skirting (Tiles cost up to $3 psf).

3 BEDROOMS

1. Supply labour and materials to hack off existing skirting.
2. Supply labour and materials to make good damaged area affected by hacking of skirting.
3. Supply and lay laminated flooring c/w skirting.

DOOR WORKS

1. Supply labour and tools to dismantle existing 4nos. doors.
2. Supply and install 4nos. ‘CLASSIC’ bedroom and store doors c/w door lockset and door stopper.

MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

1. Supply labour and materials to paint whole house using Nippon Paint vinilex 5000 series (Choice of 5 colours, ceiling – white).
2. Supply labour and materials to do electrical re-wiring (including new DB box, lighting points and electrical points for whole house).
3. Supply labour and materials to chemical wash upon completion.
4. Haulage, debris removal and floor protection using corrugated papers. (City gas connection fees not included)
